Before you ask

Is the consultation really free?
Yes. We do not invoice for it and we attach no conditions. If you decide afterwards that you do not want to work with us, nothing happens.
How long does the call take?
We allow 30 minutes and that is usually enough to agree a scope. If the subject is broader, we book a second call, also free of charge.
Who will contact me?
One of us calls first to agree a time. The consultation itself is run by someone who performs the tests, and for compliance topics by Marcin Motwicki, ISO/IEC 27001 lead auditor.
Will you sign an NDA before the call?
Yes, and we encourage it. Discussing the weak points of your own infrastructure is exactly the situation where a confidentiality agreement should be signed beforehand rather than afterwards. Mention it in the form and we will send a template.
Will I get a quote after the consultation?
You get a scope of work and a price range by email within two business days. If the call shows that you do not need a test, we will say so instead of pushing a quote at you.
Do you test remotely or on site?
Most of our work is remote. Wireless network testing and part of internal infrastructure testing require us to be on site, and then we travel. We settle this during the consultation.
