Annual management training NIS2
If you run an essential or important entity, article 8e of the Polish NIS2 act requires you to complete cybersecurity training once every calendar year, and attendance has to be documented. We run a dedicated session (2 to 3 hours, online or on site) with a tabletop exercise based on a realistic incident scenario. Afterwards you receive the full set of documents: the attendance list, the agenda, named certificates and a formal record. That is your proof the duty was met.
Deadline for the duties in chapter 3 of the Polish NIS2 act
First audit of an essential entity
Up to 10 million euro or 2% of revenue (essential entity), up to 7 million euro or 1.4% (important). Personal penalty for the manager: up to 300% of their salary.
These duties apply to essential and important entities covered by the act, not to every company on the market.

What is the difference between e-learning and live online training?
E-learning means ready-made courses on the platform that your team works through on its own, on a subscription. Live online training happens in real time with a trainer, the programme is prepared for your company and it is priced per participant.
When should I choose a programme built for my company?
When you want more than a single session: workshops based on your own systems, phishing simulations, a team readiness report and support afterwards. It is the widest scope and it is priced for the programme as a whole.
Who does the annual NIS2 management training apply to?
Under article 8e of the Polish NIS2 act, the head of an essential or important entity completes cybersecurity training once every calendar year, and attendance must be documented. The duty applies to entities covered by the act, not to every company.
